Spiritual Coaching 101—One Day Retreat
When someone turns to you for guidance, how do you help without trying to fix, control, or carry the person?
Spiritual coaching begins with learning to see people more clearly. Beneath every struggle is a person created by God with distinct strengths, desires, gifts, and purpose. Effective leaders learn to listen beyond the surface, ask questions that invite honesty, and recognize how God may already be working in a person’s life.
During this interactive one-day retreat, we will explore practical, biblically grounded ways to come alongside others as they grow. You will learn how to build the kind of trust that makes honest conversation possible, distinguish facts from assumptions, listen with both compassion and discernment, and help someone identify a meaningful next step.

General Admission
There is no cost to attend. A suggested $50 offering is received with gratitude to offset the cost of the included materials, meal, and refreshments.
$Hotel Accomodations
For those traveling to McPherson, a limited number of rooms are available through our ministry room block at the Holiday Inn Express. The discounted rate is $77 per room, per night. Choose a single room or a double room with two beds. Only one lodging ticket is needed per room. After your reservation is processed, we will email your hotel confirmation number to you.
